About Cora Allen

Cora Allen was born and raised in a small town in Eastern North Carolina outside of New Bern called Trenton. Cora is a graduate of East Carolina University earning a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.

She spent most of her college summers and post-graduate life in the Wilmington area. As the daughter of two wildlife biologists, Cora has come to appreciate the world through travel. From a summer-at-sea in the British Virgin Islands, to observing The Great Migration in the Serengeti she appreciates the wonders the world has to offer.

In Cora’s free time she loves boating, the beach, cheering on her alumna at East Carolina University, playing volleyball at Captain Bill’s, eating some of the area’s diverse food offerings and socializing with friends. Wilmington has so many opportunities for people to enjoy nature, history as well as the abundant social scene through local bars and breweries and the finest and most diverse restaurants in southeastern North Carolina.

Cora has a giving heart. Her favorite charity to support is “Make a Wish.” She spent a great amount of time working for the organization while at East Carolina University and continues supporting it through public awareness and donations.

Being a REALTOR and resident of Wilmington, Cora understands that with every client relationship comes an opportunity to build a friendship, gain a colleague or become a neighbor. Her goal is to make sure all her clients have a great understanding of the area and all it has to offer.
